Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022)

Incredibly disappointing. Unlike seemingly everyone else, I really enjoyed the first one, but this felt laboured to the point of tedium. Part of what's wrong is the offputting, dayglo childishness of the visuals. Everything feels very obviously like it was shot in front of greenscreens, without the payoff of the genuine fractal weirdness of the first installment. First of the (non-Spider-Man) Marvels I've watched since the end of the Infinity Stones series and reaffirms my choice to avoid them.
