This was fun but surprisingly dorky given the reception it got. I was giggling at a lot of it.
Fun production design, a bit like someone decided to sum up a European look with kilts, cricket pads, berets and lederhosen all in fluoro colours.
Weird hearing bits of Xhosa creeping through. I kind of wish they'd made a fake language and done the whole movie in it so the fake African accents could have been dialled down. Serkis' South African accent was really good. Better than the last time he did it.
I liked Michael B Jordan's performance quite a lot.
