An okay Cold War flick. Prochnow is a little under-utilised, sadly. Bit disappointed as I expected a snappier repartee and battle of wills between Prochnow and Scheider based on the premise. Some of the worst gear and vehicle stand-ins for the Soviets I've seen in a film, which is relatively typical of the era, although in some case both sides have the same stuff.
