Been playing GT6 in my evenings of late as I listen to live politics podcasts, and discovered I'd missed out on loads of content not playing the various challenges. Putting this in the "crafts" section as it's hobbyish, I suppose.
Mostly been easy nailing corners on every circuit, but the Nurburgring is fucking insane and I can't believe anyone drives on it in real life. There's camera footage of a dude smashing the record in a hybrid Porsche and my arse is puckered the entire way through. I am driving it in a computer game and it feels like I'm barely in control at the required speeds which are 100km/h lower than the real thing. Just fucking mental.

Those guys have some sort of a death wish. Still, I get it, they must feel 110% alive doing that insane shit. Using 110% of their senses to push themselves to the cliff edge of their death wish. I avoid TV shows as a rule, too many movie to watch and they don't require nearly as much time.

I'll wait for the box set.
There is certainly a lot of good TV, but there's also a hundred years of great cinema too. What I don't like about TV is how frequently the final season seems to go awry, especia;;y after all that time spent watching it..
