Entertaining in the same way watching a retarded kid trying to catch a flyaway hosepipe is, which is to say: very. Absolute belly laughs throughout at the "stunts", and the child-playing-with-toy-cars aspect is more extreme than ever. I can't recommend it to anyone who isn't a convert to the idiotic charms of this franchise, but if you like bad movies then this is one of the epics.
