Had never heard of this but got the Blu-ray based on curiosity about the retro cover art. Really minimalist, hardboiled exercise in pure style, effectively a noir Western with car chases. Feels like it predicted/inspired a lot of recent films. Ryan O'Neal and Isabelle Adjani are so good-looking that it's almost distracting.
