I think the only category I can really have a top 10 for is movies, since I watch a lot, although mostly screenings courtesy of publishers.
I have a policy of waiting 'til TV shows are finished before I bother starting on them as they're time-sinks and I hate investing a hundred hours into something that becomes shit.
Everything else is me finally getting around to older stuff, and due to exchange rates and shipping, my music-buying habits have slowed a lot.
