An amazing, almost flawless production, and it's extremely entertaining and often very funny in a cold, Kubrickian way, but as an insight into the man himself it is horribly misguided. I enjoyed every minute and at the end I walked out wishing for a longer version that covered what he actually achieved and why. Worth seeing on a big screen, though.

Tried to watch it for free. Couldn't get past the buffering problems. It looks great. Let us not leave French things to the French. Look what they have done to Paris! No, let Armenia or Kazakhstan ruin Napoleon if need be. I can't wait to see this film for real, not in what ended up being six-second bits.
