A pretty perfect follow-up to the original, if not quite as unapologetically Nietzschean thematically or quite as viciously satirical. Plot developments are a little predictable, but it's so much fun and the production design is so good that I didn't care at all. I'm sure kids will enjoy it because of the sheer amount and creativity of the action, but - like the first - the domestic conflict narrative is pretty adult and there are some surprisingly scary scenes. Not flawless, but excellent.
