Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem (2023)

I was never that into the Ninja Turtles as a kid, but something about the colour schemes and gross-out silliness is very appealing to my inner ten year-old. It's sort of a perfect distillation of things that appeal to little boys. Mutant Mayhem is as close to perfect Ninja-Turtles-themed entertainment as has yet been made. Great voice cast, fantastic animation, and the humour is just right. I was prepared to be irritated by the April O'Neill replacement, expecting a lot more sass and So-Tired eyerolls, but she was a really funny character and her comments really made me laugh. Jackie Chan was a really likeable Splinter too.
