Pretty good, but not exceptional. I enjoyed it, and the visuals were pretty impressive, although not as impressive as the sound design, which is mental. It's interestingly moody and I liked the characters. It's not amazing, but it's really decent, mature sci-fi and I'd recommend it to anyone who appreciates Star Trek, or writers like Philip K. Dick.
