Fly-on-the-wall documentary about Putin's accession to president. Interesting because seeing such footage is a novelty, but also dull because all the narration does is drop solemn hints about his upcoming abuses of power. If anything, I felt the film unintentionally humanised him by depicting his calm demeanour in mundane situations.
