Oh, yes please. More of this.
Not perfect, as the exquisite, melancholic tone and glacially paced dread of the beginning isn't 100% a fit with the (amazing!) schlock of the second half, but I have no complaints at all and I loved it. This can go on the projector of every metal and goth club forever.

Have you ever made us of this in Japan? Hell no. I am way too negative and bone idle to "take advantage" of anything. Just drift along making a liveable wage in return for working 3 hours a day. Zero self-improvement, zero curiosity about Japen. "But what about the fooooood! The fooooood!!" The food is deep fried bullshit. And white rice. The national diet that makes everyone fat and skinny at the same time. Fuck the food. |

Still, the whole thing just looked so rad. It would be SO GREAT to live every day of your life zonked senseless on LSD. Corporeal concerns of the flesh flushed away like so much superfluous effluence. I would definitely buy the doom/sludge record that was playing while Nic was walking through the red tunnel. Did I see an appearance of the Mccullough Dethstroke DeForester Mk 7 with the 48" bar? Didn't find this film "scary" in the slightest. Maybe the kitschy Stranger Things synths put paid to any sense of impending dread and pants-shitting terror.
It is goddamn sad that Johann something, the guy that did the music, died in Feb 2018. The film came out in Oct 2018.
