Herzog's curiosity about the the net is pleasingly alien and he gets a lot of interesting responses from his interviewees. It's nice having the disc with extras because his comments on his choices and experiences throws what you're seeing into sharper light. It's a fairly slight movie, but there's that weird headiness to it you only get with Herzog.
