It's okay. Some great visual artistry and the action scenes are decent, but it's all pretty corny. One of the main problems is how idyllic Iron City is in comparison to how it's described. You're getting this wall-to-wall "it's dog-eat-dog down here kid" but most of the city's inhabitants look like Benetton models. Yeah, there's violence and cyborgs and so on, but it all looks pretty jolly down there.
