Big fan of certain Real Housewives series, especially Beverly Hills and Atlanta. The Salt Lake City location is a big curveball for this series, ihomo. The culty mormon aspect is too juicy. One cast member runs a church in which she claims to god, or the vessel through which god speaks. She also married her step grandfather in law after her grandma died. Episode two airs tonight, can’t wait! |

It might seem that way on the surface but from my point of view she’s being a very good person, specifically a very good boss, in covering for her employees who ransacked the expensive liquor and smashed a few glasses at this freebie-drinks drunken event full of rich mormon assholes. |

That little one gets angrier with every passing episode in Utah. I really love the change of scenery in this one, all the snow.
Real Housewives Atlanta just started. ETA: I love that they are discussing BLM on the show, and not only discussing it but elevating and exploring how personal it is for these women. I was really hoping the women would talk about the importance of the GA election and get involved but probs won't see that til next season.
Real Housewives Potomac goes into reunion episodes next week, did anyone see the physical fight between Candiace and Monique?
I feel that Monique should not have gotten physical but at the same time it was kind of inevitable that at some point someone was going to lose it with Candiace, who is practically begging a bitch to drag her lol. Monique doesn't seem the least bit concerned with how crazy she got though; I mean after they were pulled apart, Monique went around to the other side of the building and then went running like the terminator at Candiace. She's lucky the court saw it as nothing more than reality tv shenanigans. Which makes you wonder if it actually was.
Real Housewives Cheshire has a new cast member, the bombshell Lystra. Drama got crazy last week at the dinner table, what a surprise.

I’m a little bit behind on RHWOSLC but I’m starting to learn that the one gay kid is in fact evil and has his mom completely brainwashed.
Why does the one lady need an entire glam squad to get dolled up before going out? It’s like you’re not going to the academy awards, honey, you’re just going out to some shitty bar in Salt Lake City.

Man, what is going on with on with new girl Drew's husband? He leaves without telling her, drives to a different state and stays away for 3 days. She tells him that he has to let her know these things and he argues with her about it, like it's the most unreasonable, irrational thing to want to know where your husband is. He says he had no other option but to leave because of all the pressure he is facing, being the first person in his family that is building a legacy. What bs. Who the hell doesn't tell their SO something like that?
Then when he finally tells her where he had been he has the gall to ask her "now how does it help you to know that?" I don't like any of the husbands on RHOA, except for Kandi's husband, Tod, he seems okay. The rest of them are such assholes. I really don't like Mike with Cynthia at all, he gives me bad vibes, like he is using her for her fame.
Drew's husband apparently also has cameras all over the house and watches his wife without her permission. WTHF.

Someone needs to tell Whitney's father to stop it with the hair. That is the most awful hair I've ever seen. He would look SO much better if he let his real colour grown in, and didn't layer it like that trying to look young.

I’m finally caught up!
-I’m a little embarrassed to say, but i’m this far into the season already and still have trouble telling lisa and Meredith apart.
- Paul Weller is a good candidate for my favorite cast member. Seems like he knows how to have fun, even at 63.
- i 100% believe jen’s theory about lisa (or is it meradith?) cheating on her husband.

I kept confusing Lisa and Meredith too. They are very similar looking until you become familiar with them. But the differences are quite pronounced. Meredith has very big eyebrows. A lot of women get these big thick eyebrows tattooed to make themselves look younger, hers are a bit too big. And Lisa's face is kind of lemony, whereas Meredith's is sweet.
I'm not sure I think Meredith was having an affair. Probably an emotional one with a guy who was in love with her, but I can't see her cheating physically. In any case, Jen is a bitch for gossiping about it but shows like this need Jens like her.

One of my favourite housewives is Kandi from Atlanta. She is a truly talented and can really sing. She wrote TLC's No Scrubs and dozens of other hits. She's pretty much the only housewife with genuine musical talent. She's also very down to earth and honest, while being and looking fabulous.
Kenya (Atlanta) is one of my favourites because she is so dramatic; she is classic real housewives. Her first season was hilarious and the drama was insane. The reunion show from her second season was crazy. She's got a fantastic face and body but I'm pretty sure she has butt implants, which I hate with a passion on anyone. Dumbest trend ever.

Real Housewives Dallas has a new addition, I think the first Asian-American cast member in the franchise. She is very attractive, very smart (became an MD at 23), very rich and materialistic, and has the worst vocal fry I've ever heard. I like that the franchise isn't so segregated anymore. Probably LeAnne Locken's racist rants against Mexican cast member Kari last year, as well as Brandi making fun of her own "squinty Asian eyes" is part of this decision. Tiffany talking to Brandi about this seemed like an intentional opportunity for Brandi to be forgiven by an Asian person but it also seemed genuine. Tiffany Moon:
