I don't know why the reviews for this were as bad as they were. It's not art or anything, it's just silly fun and I enjoyed Hardy interacting with the mischievous Venom. I think it could have been made more of a comedy than it was, but I didn't hate it at all. If it were a little B-movie that didn't have all the trademarks attached, I think it'd have been received better.
