I will be placing my entire Smartphone instalment and negotiation in the hands of those in this thread. Even then I'll probably leave the cunt at home in a fucken drawer. Just like I do the fliptop phone I've had, apparently, since 2006, and still do not know the telephone number for.

The only interest for me with a smartphone (famous last words) would be using the Mercari app to sell and BUY records. If I can't do that then the cunt is of no interest to me. I suppose I COULD take an Advanced ShartPhone GPS Holistics, Topography & Orienteering Course to enable me to find record shops in Tokyo but ffs I'm probably way too thick for that.

the missus talked me into getting one of these fucking contraptions when the kid was hatched in 2010. never wanted one and still don’t. but the fucking things are insidious and slowly but surely you become more and more reliant on them until you am it and it am you and oh shit…i’m a fucking phone zombie. please kill me.

Also dodged my 1st ever visit to a shart phone soft bank shop or whatever the fuck those places are called.

Camp Leader took one for the team and came home with some fucking brick of a thing that'll cost me 2,000 yen a month to sit in a fuckign drawer. It is a massively heavy industrial medieval cunt of a thing. I'm almost impressed with it.

I have an SD card in my phone that has my entire music collection in MP3 on it. This is really my main consideration with phones.

All about the headphones with pocket sound. A good, bassy pair without too much treble/presence band takes the edge off things a lot.

I am living like it is "1995". The you averaged "1 minute a day" message up "110" percent from last week message means I was trying to find the time due to the clock in the car not working and not being able to repaired at this point. So, yeah, I have a mobile phone, but I put it in the glove box when I am driving just in case my piece of crap car needs to be towed again. It spends most of its life needing a new battery because, well, I am too lazy to stop by a store and have a new one put in. People do call me from overseas on a couple apps. Said people are too lazy to know the time difference so I stopped doing that as well. The mobile phone has been nothing but a menace to my life. The strange woman who lives with me gave it me a while ago. It was useful when she could still use the landline. Those days are over. Mobile phone, sadly, will probably stay because pay phones are gone nearly every freaking where. The privatisation of every damn thing. F*ck.

  I have been rocking an extra SIM for music since my first shartphone about seven or eight years ago. I also have 200G of Google and finally got a decent pre-paid plan here so roaming data is super cheap. Always have to have a lot of shit to choose from to fit my many changing moods!
I have both a Xiaomi phone and tablet, and really like them both. The tablet was the best deal in Japan for a larger screen - for book but also art and comics. So fun for the blind old sukebe to blow up art real big...
