Never seen #2. No thank you. #1 was such a terrifying grudshit that I cried off the series from there. Still amazed at the brazenness of this film rottentomatoes.boards.net/thread/23/life-2017 completely copying the entire Alien story. Just why. |

As a young nerd growing up in San Diego, I went to the 1978 Comic Con and attended a presentation on the visual design aspect of Alien. I still have a dim memory of how the spacesuits went from streamlined to bulky and the overall ominous tone of everything. With Moebius and HR Giger on the team though, makes sense. Not a fan of gore or horror but when I finally watched this, at a more mature age, I loved it...  Them Boris Boobies made that 12-year old me happy, I hope... |
